Thomson Reuters Serves Engineering Community with Techstreet's New Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) 

Eagan, MN, USA, Aug. 2, 2010 - Techstreet (techstreet.com), part of the IP Solutions business of Thomson Reuters, announced today its plan to release Techstreet ASME BPVC Plus, a new electronic version of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers' Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, one of the worldis most widely-used safety codes. The new offering includes single-user, online access to PDF files through Techstreet Subscriptions, in addition to the 2010 printed loose-leaf edition.

The ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code is used in more than 100 countries and has been adopted by all 50 U.S. states. It is on a three-year revision cycle; the 2010 edition is scheduled for release in July.
