Accessing Content

All of your purchases are available in your account under My Downloads.

1. If you are trying to download a PDF you will need to download and install the current edition of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. If you are trying to download a Secured PDF or SPDF you will also need to download and install the FileOpen plugin.(to view SPDFs).
3. After you have downloaded your file, you must be connected to the Internet to open it the first time.
4. Next, click on the My Account button in the top right of the page, and select My Downloads.
5. Click the DOWNLOAD button associated with your file.
6. Select the option to SAVE your file.


Note: Please do not rename your file, as this may cause irreparable damage to your download.
